EUreka3D-XR Posters Call and Exhibition

Within the context of the EUreka3D-XR Final Event Digital Cultural Heritage in the Era of AI and Extended Reality

The EUreka3D-XR Final Event, hosted at the Cyprus University of Technology (Limassol, Cyprus), will include a poster exhibition showcasing work related to 3D digitisation and XR experiences in cultural heritage, XR tools, AI in cultural heritage, e-infrastructures, reuse of 3D content, capacity building for Cultural Heritage professionals in these fields, among other neighbouring content. Participants are invited to submit posters and share projects, research, and practical experiences. 

The submitted posters will be presented during a special posters session on the 26th May, during the EUreka3D-XR event titled Digital Cultural Heritage in the Era of AI and Extended Reality. Submit your proposal through the online form and join us in exchanging ideas and experiences!

Call for Posters

Poster Submission Guidelines

  • Posters must address topics related to EUreka3D-XR, including 3D digitisation and XR experiences in cultural heritage, XR tools, AI in cultural heritage, e-infrastructures, reuse of 3D content, and capacity building for Cultural Heritage professionals.
  • All submissions must be in English.
  • Posters must be submitted via the dedicated online submission form.
  • Registered authors may attend and present the poster in person, or may choose to exhibit the poster without an in-person presentation.
  • The event organising team will arrange the printing of posters submitted by the deadline.  Printed posters will be available at the venue. 
  • Posters will be displayed from 26 to 29 May, during the EUreka3D-XR Final Event and the Digital Heritage Summit 2026. Poster presentations will take place on 26 May as part of the EUreka3D-XR Final Event.
  • The recommended poster format is DIN-A0 portrait at 600dpi; however, you may use landscape if you wish. A digital copy of the poster must be uploaded through the submission form. 
  • After the event, all posters will be compiled into a small publication, shared with participants and published on the project website.
